GOD ONLY TAKES THE BEST

God saw Diana was getting tired
He wanted her to be free

So he put his arms around her
And whispered "come with me"

For years we watched her suffer
She simply could not stay

Although we loved her dearly
She had to go that day

A golden heart stopped beating
Our Princess had to rest

God broke our hearts to prove to us
That he only takes the best

Your time on earth seemed all too brief
because I wanted you in my life forever.
And although I really miss you,
