I am a tiny angel
I'm smaller than your thumb
I live in peoples pockets
That's where I have my fun
I don't suppose you've seen me
I'm too tiny to detect
Though i'm with you all the time
I doubt we've ever met
Before I was an angel...
I was a fairy in a flower
God himself hand picked me
And gave me angel power
Now god has many angels
That he trains in angel pools
We become his eyes and ears and hands
We become his special tools
And because god is so busy
With way too much to do
He said that my assignment
Is to keep close watch on you
When he tucked me in your pocket
He blessed you with angel care
Then told me to never leave you
And I vowed always to be there

A Pair of Shoes"
I am wearing a pair of shoes. They are ugly shoes. Uncomfortable shoes. I hate
my shoes. Each day I wear them, and each day I wish I had another pair. Some
days my shoes hurt so bad that I do not think I can take another step.
Yet, I continue to wear them. I get funny looks wearing these shoes. They are
looks of sympathy. I can tell in others eyes that they are glad they are my
shoes and not theirs. They never talk about my shoes.
To learn how awful my shoes are might make them uncomfortable.
To truly understand these shoes you must walk in them.
But, once you put them on, you can never take them off.
I now realize that I am not the only one who wears these shoes. There are many pairs in this world.
Some women are like me and ache daily as they try and walk in them.
Some have learned how to walk in them so they don't hurt quite as much.
Some have worn the shoes so long that days will go by before they think about how much they hurt.
No woman deserves to wear these shoes.
Yet, because of these shoes I am a stronger woman.
These shoes have given me the strength to face anything.
They have made me who I am.
I will forever walk in the shoes of a woman who has lost a child.
We all have a cherished garden we tend
It is planted with love of family and friends
The memories and dreams we treasure and share
Are like beautiful roses found blossoming there
The comfort and care on which we depend
Is given with love between family and friends
The sunshine of laughter and rain of a tear
Only makes our love grow with each passing year
We may all be ourselves with no need to pretend
Because of the love of family and friends
They notice the rainbows and weather the showers
They overlook weeds and praise all our flowers
The most valuable thing is the time that we spend
Tending this garden with family and friends
When counting our blessings, we know from the start
That family and friends come first in our heart...
Earth Angel
I am sure that everyone will recall what they were doing on that fateful, trajic day that you were taken from us.
The only consolation we now have is that in your heavenly realm you are still perfect, ageless and free from pain and persecution from people who didnt understand you.
Your sons William and Harry continue as the legacy of your life, and follow in your footsteps.
Though you were only with us for such a short while , the World will mourn your passing for eternity .
Missed but never forgotten, this tribute is written in admiration of you , and for the tireless help and comfort that you gave so unselfishly to others.
